This week, Kelsey and Sam speak with Lauren Claire Smith, a Master’s candidate at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (where Sam earned his Master’s degree) and co-leader of the school’s Culinary Diplomacy club. Lauren is also launching a new company, ONDA, bringing female-made, hand-crafted foods to the international market.
