Culinary Citizen Episode 1: What is Gastrodiplomacy?

In Episode 1, we talk with Paul Rockower, one of the founders of the field of gastrodiplomacy and culinary diplomacy. Our discussion touches on definitions and origins of the field — laying the groundwork for the field and for all later discussion. What inspired him to pursue the field?
